Submissions are now open for the 7th Underground Cinema Film Festival, which will take place in the Royal Marine Hotel in Dun Laoghaire from September 9th to 11th, 2016.
A champion of emerging film-makers, Underground Cinema has the belief that no matter what the film’s budget or the director’s vision it’s the film-makers passion that drives a film. Over the three days of the festival organisers will screen over 100 independently produced films from all over the world. They will also host a number of free film-makers workshops from industry experts, as well as staging an actors showcase.
Organisers will be accepting festival submissions up until July 31st. Submissions will only be accepted online, via FilmFreeway. Submission fees are $23 for features and the screen-writing contest; and $17 for shorts.
