Submissions are now open for the 7th Underground Cinema Film Festival, which will take place in the Royal Marine Hotel in Dun Laoghaire from September 9th to 11th, 2016.

A champion of emerging film-makers, Underground Cinema has the belief that no matter what the film’s budget or the director’s vision it’s the film-makers passion that drives a film.
