The Nightflyers Production Training Scheme, has proven to be a fantastic opportunity for up and coming talent to gain essential skills, knowledge and understanding on a cutting edge production. We learned a great deal from this pilot programme that we can use to shape any similar, work-based programmes we develop in the future.
