Two Irish films, Joe Lawlor and Christine Molloy's Rose Plays Julie and Małgorzata Szumowska's The Other Lamb, play in competition at the 63rd BFI London Film Festival.
IFTA has announced their selection for the IFTA Rising Star Award. Selected by a special jury and sponsored by the Irish Film Board, the Rising Star Award is a unique IFTA Award that puts an international spotlight on Irish professionals who have not only honed their crafts in the formative years of their career .
