The Resident Evil franchise is a strange one. None of the movies have been particularly brilliant but they have shown glimpses of potential and have garnered a steady following. The fourth outing of the franchise, Resident Evil: Afterlife sees the action go 3D and now we have a new international trailer to show some of that action.
Milla Jovavich returns as Alice and this time round she is joined by Ali Larter, Kim Coates and Wentworth Miller in her battle against the Umbrella Corporation. Paul W.S. Anderson is also back on both writing and directing duties, but try not to let that put you off.
The plot sees Alice continue on her journey to find survivors of the dreadful T-virus and leads her to a potential safe haven in Los Angeles. Unfortunately in order to reach safety they must fight through thousands of infected and even then can the stories of refuge be through.
The movie is out September 10th.
