Walt Disney Pictures has released a second trailer for Maleficent.
The film focuses on the untold story of the Disney villain, famous for her deliciously evil role in 1959’s Sleeping Beauty.
The movie is directed by Oscar-winning production designer Robert Stromberg, making his directorial debut. Maleficent is written by Linda Woolverton who helped pen The Lion King and Beauty and the Beast.
A starry cast joins Jolie with Sharlto Copley, Elle Fanning, Sam Riley, Imelda Staunton, Miranda Richardson, Juno Temple and Lesley Manville all attached.
Maleficent will be released July 2nd, 2014.
