MGM and Paramount have released three new posters for Brett Ratner’s take on the Hercules legend, Hercules. These all focus on Dwayne Johnson’s titular hero, and are all shockingly bad examples of photoshopping.
The film is set after the famous 12 labours, and sees him “travelling with a group of mercenaries and cashing in on his famous name until he’s hired to train an army for an epic battle.”
Dwayne Johnson is the suitably muscled figure playing the titular demigod, with the cast also boasting Joseph Fiennes, John Hurt, Ian McShane, Joe Anderson, Peter Mullan, and Rufus Sewell.
Hercules is out in Irish cinemas on July 25th.
Paramount and Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Pictures’ film HERCULES, starring Dwayne Johnson, bows on July 25. Based on Radical Comics’ ‘Hercules,’ this ensemble-action film, featuring an international cast, is a revisionist take on the classic myth set in a grounded world where the supernatural does not exist.
