Fast & Furious 8

#Event: Join the Fast & Furious family with your own stunt scene at Blanchardstown SC

Car and action film fans up and down the country will have the opportunity to star in their own mini Fast & Furious stunt scene this weekend at Blanchardstown Shopping Centre, Dublin.

To celebrate the release of Fast & Furious 8 in cinemas April 12th, Universal Pictures Ireland have created a unique mini green screen studio for fans to star in their very own FAST stunt scene experience which offers the thrill of hitting the accelerator in one of the movie’s supercars.

Fans will enter a mini production studio, take the driving seat and join the Fast family in an immersive experience to create their own personalised video which can be shared across Snapchat, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube.

This unique experience will arrive in Dublin’s Blanchardstown Shopping Centre on Friday 7th April and stay until Friday 14th April outside the entrance to ODEON Cinema. Participation is entirely FREE and here’s a glimpse of the experience:

On the heels of 2015’s Fast & Furious 7, one of the fastest movies to reach $1 billion worldwide in box-office history and the sixth-biggest global title of all time, comes the newest chapter in one of the most popular and enduring motion picture serials of all time: Fast & Furious 8.

Now that Dom and Letty are on their honeymoon and Brian and Mia have retired from the game—and the rest of the crew has been exonerated—the globetrotting team has found a semblance of a normal life.  But when a mysterious woman (Oscar® winner Charlize Theron) seduces Dom into the world of crime he can’t seem to escape and a betrayal of those closest to him, they will face trials that will test them as never before.

From the shores of Cuba and the streets of New York City to the icy plains off the arctic Barents Sea, our elite force will crisscross the globe to stop an anarchist from unleashing chaos on the world’s stage…and to bring home the man who made them a family.

Fast & Furious 8 opens in Irish cinemas nationwide April 12th. Tickets available now via www.fast8.ie
