Tomi’s children’s books are now more popular than ever.  His book Moon Man has been made into a feature length animation which will be on release in Irish and UK cinemas later this month and his latest book Fog Island which is his ‘homage to Ireland’ where he now lives in West Cork, has been voted one of the 10 Best Illustrated Children’s Books of 2013 by the New York Times.

To celebrate the release of both Far Out Isn’t Far Enough, The Tomi Ungerer Story and Moon Man in Irish cinemas this month, Wildcard Distribution have commissioned a mural highlighting the two releases and some of Tomi’s work on Chancery Street in Dublin.
