#Industry: WFT Ireland present How to Write a Killer Funding Application – February 5th

Women in Film and Television Ireland has teamed up with the Irish Film Board and the Broadcast Authority of Ireland to host a development funding masterclass in the Morrison Hotel, Dublin on Monday, February 5th from 3.30pm – 5.30pm.

It’s arguably the most important stage of your project – without development funding it’s a nonstarter! But securing development funding is also one of the most competitive parts of the process. WFT.I have asked the movers and shakers from the two primary funding bodies – the IFB and the BAI – to join them for a masterclass where they will look at what it takes to write a successful Development and Production funding application for film or TV.

Key panelists from the two finding bodies will advise:

  • What they look for in content
  • What they look for in the application
  • What they don’t want to see and the most common mistakes

They will provide key industry advice and insider knowledge about writing a killer application.

The panelists will include Project Managers from the Irish Film Board and the Broadcasting Authority of Ireland, so it will be a great opportunity to hear their thoughts and pick their brains.

Places are limited and it’s first come first served. Register your place through Billetto.

The event is FREE for WFT Ireland members (Join WFT Ireland now) or €10 on the door for non-members.
