IndieCork presents short films, documentaries and features and a number of special events.  It’s about creativity. They champion cinema that engages with social, political and cultural matters. They support young and emerging filmmakers and they give audiences and opportunity to meet with filmmakers. The overlap between music and cinema whether as music docs or music promo films also interests them. They champion independent productions from Cork, from Ireland and from across the world. They aim to celebrate the vibrancy of the local filmmaking sector in the Creative Cork programmes.

The fourth annual IndieCork Film Festival takes place October 9th to 16th in “real capital”.
