RLJ Entertainment has acquired all North American rights to John Moore’s Irish co-production I.T., and will release the film in cinemas and on VOD in September. .
The film sees Pierce Brosnan play a successful businessman, who was once a thug in his youth but has since changed his ways. He discovers that his company’s new I.T. employee is actually a dangerous madman who’s out to destroy the businessman and his family.
Brosnan is joined on-screen by Anna Friel, Michael Nyqvist, Stefanie Scott, and James Frecheville.
Moore directs from a script by Terminator 2: Judgment Day writer William Wisher and Timber Falls writer Daniel Kay, which is on a story idea from Little Miss Sunshine co-producer David Friendly. I.T. is produced by Friendly, the late Beau St. Clair (The November Man), Nicolas Chartier (The Hurt Locker), and Craig J. Flores. Brosnan is an executive producer, alongside Dominic Rustam, Frank Hildebrand, Elika Portnoy, and Valentina Gardani. Voltage representing the film internationally.
I.T. is produced by David T. Friendly (Little Miss Sunshine), Beau St. Clair, Nicolas Chartier (The Hurt Locker), and Craig J. Flores. Brosnan is an executive producer for Irish DreamTime, alongside Dominic Rustam, Frank Hildebrand, Elika Portnoy, and Valentina Gardani.
