#Interview: Director Nicholas Stoller talks Storks

Director Nicholas Stoller talks about his new  3D computer-animated adventure buddy comedy Storks.

Storks deliver babies — or at least they used to. Now, they deliver packages for a global internet retail giant. Junior (Andy Samberg), the company’s top delivery stork, lands in hot water when the Baby Factory produces an adorable but wholly unauthorised girl. Desperate to deliver this bundle of trouble, Junior and Tulip (Katie Crown), the only human on Stork Mountain, race against time to make their first baby drop before the boss (Kelsey Grammer) finds out.

The film is directed by Stoller (Forgetting Sarah Marshall) with Doug Sweetland (in his feature debut), and is written by Stoller. The film is produced by Warner Animation Group, the animation “think tank” that gave us The LEGO Movie. The film also features the voices of Keegan-Michael Key, Jordan Peele, Jennifer Aniston, Ty Burrell, Danny Trejo, and Stephen Kramer Glickman.

Storks is out in Ireland on October 14th.
