HeyUGuys have been given the brand new international trailer for Sony’s new movie, Easy A.
Starring Emma Stone, the movie is based on the classic novel The Scarlet Letter, and sees Stone play a high-school girl whose little white lie concerning her virginity, or lack there of, transforms her from unknown to popular overnight. This instantly increases her social status and soon she starts using lies and rumours to fuel a meteoric rise in popularity.
Featuring a great line-up in addition to Stone that includes Stanley Tucci, Amanda Bynes, Lisa Kudrow, Penn Badgely, Thomas Haden Church, Patricia Clarkson and Malcolm McDowell, Easy A should be a winner.
The movie is out October 22nd.
Synopsis:
On the heels of a little white lie about losing her virginity, clean-cut high schooler Olive Penderghast (Emma Stone) finds that her new-found bad-girl rap has an upside: she is finally getting noticed. Olive decides to exploit her “easy” reputation and use the school rumor mill to advance her social status. But life starts to spin hilariously out of control, and there is only one boy who sees through her vixen veneer to the heart of it.
