Here’s the first poster for a movie that will either be very good or complete rubbish, Gulliver’s Travels.
Based on the satrical novel by native son Jonathan Swift, the film sees Jack Black do a modern twist on the classic story. Black plays Lemuel Gulliver, a travel writer who through the magic of the Bermuda Triangle ends up on the mysterious, undiscovered island of Lilliput.
Monsters Vs Aliens director Rob Letterman is behind the camera and has roped in a cast that includes Emily Blunt, Jason Segel, Amanda Peet and star of The I.T. Crowd Chris O’Dowd.
I’m struggling to see how this will top Darby O’Gill and the Little People, but we’ll see. The movie is out December 22nd.
